a listener. a learner. a problem solver
I am a curious designer currently pursuing a graduate degree in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon University. My approach to the discipline draws upon my experience applying design thinking to diverse challenges across the for-profit and non-profit sectors, and my work reflects this interdisciplinary approach. Working within large and dynamic systems – revamping business models to help organizations thrive, rethinking education for low-income students, reimagining service experiences to make information accessible – has made me comfortable with complexity, helped me learn to navigate ambiguity and has stretched my capacity for empathy in profound ways. I look forward to continuing to design thoughtful products and empowering services that disrupt industries, support innovation and serve the needs of real people.
